Blank LCD display on First Power on

I have received "Mini2440 S3C2440 ARM9 Board + 3.5" TFT LCD Touch Screen ".

I have connected LCD to Board.

But after first power on it does not show any picture on LCD.

What image should I get for first power "ON" on LCD display?

Do I require to do any setting for that?

Is there special document to indicate how to start board first time?

Check NOR/NAND switch: Is it set to NAND boot?

If nothing happens, try to flash the last image:
