internet mini2440
hello, i have the exact same problem, (i admit im a bit of a noob in all this) how can i make that file in qtopia...? theo,
I have the same problem and the suggested solution didn't work. I created the network.opts but it is as if the network setup does not work at all. Does anyone know how to fix this? The address is always 192.168.1.230. However the working dhcp server serves up addresses in the 10.10.XXX.XXX ranges -- The mini2440 never updates addresses. Whenever I attempt to configure the address manually, it always remains at 192.168.1.230 What gives?! Thanks Don
Also having the same issue. I was going to attempt the suggested fix and there is no "pcmcia" dir in the /etc Is this a duct tape solution or is there an actual fix?
I did have the same problem. However, you do not have to use the Internet Icon because that let's you add a connection. There is one (orange, round) icon where you can set the network settings. Be sure to set the IP address, default gateway and so on, close the on screen keyboard because the save button is hidden under the keyboard. Regards, Ben
