QT license

I have install QT creator from Ubuntu software center with revision Qt
Creator 2.4.1 Based on Qt 4.8.0 (32 bit).
I will develop my application in QT creator as per above version.
can i cross compile it for mini2440 qtopia 2.2.0 ?

Can i use sell that application as commercial ?
