Error running command arm-linux-gcc

I cannot run the command I get error:

$ arm-linux-gcc -v
-bash: /opt/FriendlyARM/toolchain/4.9.3/bin/arm-linux-gcc: cannot execute
binary file: Exec format error

Im running the command in the nanopi2fire. So is it that the cross compiler
is not made for arm only for x64?

Hi am at this point also, the toolchain has some links which are not
defined properly.
I get :
