How to use both SD & internal NAND (mini2440)

Greetings,

After studying the available documentation, posts, etc., it seems S2
selects either NOR, or internal NAND or SD, but not NOR or both NAND and
SD.

Is it possible to use both internal NAND (1G on my particular device) and
the SD card?

The ultimate goal is to isolate read from write operations.
