JTAG with S5P4418

Hi,

I want to port FreeRTOS into S5P4428 nanoPi board.
Have everyone tried to connect Jlink with S5P4418 for debugging ?

S5P4418 user manual describes the core is built with secure JTAG port but
we can disable it by setting fuse bits. But the user manual is realy
less-information, I dont understand how to acess these bits.
