Reduce mini2440 current consumption

i want to reduce current consumption of mini2440 under wince os;
please tell me your suggestion...

Probably all hardware changes.  Replace linear regulators with SMPS. Find
some way to reduce the CPU frequency, maybe this is possible in software. 
Remove any unwanted peripheral chips.

I think 1/2 the frequency roughly 1/2 the current.  Don't quote me on this!
