Install USB Driver in windows for communiate tiny6410

can anyone tell me i have installed FriendlyARM USB Download Driver
Setup_20090421.exe but in com port is not detected...if any dnw.exe is
requried??

my machine is 32 bit and i got USB driver is 64 bit...so it doesnt work

i have installed DNW tools in my pc and copy two files i.e. wceusbsh.inf
and wceusbsh.sys in c/windows/system disk..

i have to connect my tiny6410 board to pc via USB cable to communicate and
dnw.exe software is used but my USB port is not detected..
