mini2440

sir am installing minicom in ubuntu for booting os to friendly arm... 
but minicom will open then after that ctrl-z a line i didnt give any
input..its stops their.....what can i do for this

Tried popping <minicom ctrl z not working> into Google and only got hits
for <minicom ctrl-a z not working>.

What are you trying to get?  Can you use minicom as a remote terminal from
your Linux host to see the boot messages and login prompt?

and also i need to send an application created from qtcreator..

can you please say how to cross compile driver/module for mini2440.
