How to use Jtag to flash mini2440 while in Ubuntu 12.04?

Hi,

I have Ubuntu 12.04 PC. I want to use jtag board (which has 10 pin
interface which came with mini2440), to flash mini2440 with no software/os
within it previously.

Please help!
