Hi all! I'm an old user of mini2440 board, but during the last year I bought 50 mini2440 with Innolux display and I experienced a lot of problems! 1) Display with different electronics components to use touch with windowsce 2) Superboot that doesn't work to flash nand wce 3) Back to supervivi, problems with 'w' options and USB... I'm very unhappy and frustrating...so I start to looking for a new board very similar, but with little-big enanchments respect to FA: strong power circuit inside the board (6-41 vcc), two USB on board....this board comes from Chipsee....
new 2440 nightmare!
Eugenio, We have the same problem and have purchased over 200 boards. We are also looking at alternative platforms as FA is not supporting this at all. I have waded through most of the posts on this site and have seen this problem by others, but without resolution. If you find a solution to the superboot issue, please post it... I will do the same. Best regards, trialsrideraz
Eugenio, my problems were mostly resolved by using the newer BSP and turning OFF Microsoft Security Essentials during the build of the NK.BIN file. Best regards, trialsrideraz
Fuck off Guys, New board and Superboot is awesome. New board has WIN CE BSP available on support DVD. SupperBoot helps to load images on field without Computer or Laptops. Loading images is fast and efficient compared to SuperVivi. P35 display works awesome.
Thank you Sunny for your very helpful suggestions....what a bozo! If you want to post constructive comments that will actually help people, why don't you try that? Everyone agrees that the new Superboot method is much better "if it actually works"... the problem is that a number of people are having trouble with it. In addition, we are now facing major issues with poor quality boards causing returns from the field, so unless you have very specific data you can share with everyone on how this is not the case, then please keep your comments to yourself. abuda...I was able to get the newer BSP from the guys at andahammer.com please see my comment in http://www.friendlyarm.net/forum/topic/6245 trialrideraz
