NANO PC digital IO hardware library (.so) for Android

Hi, 

I need to turn on and off some LEDs in a certain conditions in my java code
with digital IOs in nano pc.

there isn't any lib file in this link : http://nanopc.org/dev/266.html

everywhere in Nano pc where there is a download link, it says "ADD IT
LATER" 


anyone tried it already?
