On Screen Pop Up Keyboard in Mini210s Board

Hi, We had bought 2 mini210s board and would need to running our
application which cross compiled from QT Creator. We have done all the
cross compiled setup, using correct toolschain & tslib. 
The program can display on mini210s board when boot up. 

Currently, we are using the USB Keyboard for value input. How to using the
on screen pop up keyboard from my program when the stylus point to test
field? For instance, existing qtopia have the on screen pop keyboard, how
can we integrate into our program? it is need any special driver plugin
when we compiled QT?
