Error in Serial(HardwareFlow)

Hello,
I have problem in Hardware flow control.I have set 9600baud parity
none,stopbit 1,databit 8,Flow ctrol HARDWARE on board side.

PC side : 9600baud parity none,stopbit 1,databit 8,Flow ctrol HARDWARE

Is Receive & Send data correctly.

then another configuration 
9600baud parity none,stopbit 1,databit 8,Flow ctrol NONE

Its also receive & send data .

why ???

I am soo confusee..

I would search for "RS232 flow control" and maybe you will find that it
just doesn't make any difference in a system that does not have the
hardware set up for flow control.  Maybe.
