Yes.

I see you have an older posting asking the same question but also asking
for a link to how to do it.

Do you want to access it from a C program?  Then I would suggest that you
use the search function on this site ... there have been many threads on
this topic.

davef do you know which pins on GPIO are reusable (with OS loaded).

As far as I am aware all the GPIO shown on the mini2440 schematic should be
available.  From memory, some GPIO are dedicated to the camera and
therefore are not available.

Also, note some of the ADC channels are used for the touchscree.
