can we have mini 2440 with 256MB Ram and 8GB Flash?
How much it will cost?

The Mini2440 can't use with the 256MB.
But the Mini2451 can support 128MB RAM, and if you want to use the 256MB
RAM, i advise you use the Mini6410.
