WinCE Capacitive Touch problem

csibori
Hello!

My board is a Tiny210v2 with a 7" capacitive touchscreen.
I'm using Windows CE 6.0.
Everithing is working fine, but when I unplug the USB keyboard
the touch is not responding.
First, I thought the complete device has frozen, but fortunately not.
If I plug the keyboard again the touch is also working.

Any idea, what's happening or how can I fix this problem?

This is a problem with the order of initialization of the USB hub chip
under CE6.0r3. No solution so far. Drivers in Samsung's BSP need to be
reworked by an expert. Anything in a USB socket should work, like a small
SD adapter and leave it in.

Thanks for the answer.

I think I'll use a Flash drive permanently.

Yes yes yes, that was the problem. The version. :)
We bought 3 new boards, and I recompiled the image.
Now the touch works fine, without any USB device.

I'll check your updates soon. Thanks.

Anyway, do you have solution for the RAM problem?
I opened another thread a few months ago for that problem,
but nobody can help me. :(
