Change/Remove android splash image

Hello all!

I'm creating a custom application using Android, however I need to remove
the splash image that is displayed when Android is booting.

In this image I'm using it's appearing Tux (Linux mascot), then it shows
the boot animation (which I was able to change).

I need or to get rid of the image or change it, whichever is easier.
