WINCE 6.0 Platform Build Problem

HI All,

Currently, I'm working on tiny210v2 kit with WINCE 6.0. I want to build the
WINCE 6.0 image by myself. And, I also make anything following the user's
guide manual, but I only  miss the WINCE 6.0 Platform Build (setup file). I
can't find or download it with a evaluation link from Microsoft site. 

Now what must I do next?
Please, help me solve this problem.

Just to be clear, after having download GetWinCEPB6.zip you have to extract
the file click on GetWinCEPB6.bat to start the download.
