how to put code in tiny 6410 without using SD card

Hi all,

i have all the files to put in tiny 6410 kit . 
can you please explain the procedure how to put all files in kit.

we are having option for SD card in this, but i do not have SD card. 
is there is any procedure to put all files without SD card in tiny 6410.?

if so please refer to some link or document for the procedure.
