micro2440 on custom board and Ethernet problem

I had made my custom board by Micro2440 stamp module.
All thing is o.k. But, I have a network problem. The static IP is written
sucessfuly. And, I can see DM9000 icon on the network device.
But,when I send ping command to this new board, there is no response.
How can I solve this problem? pls, let me know. thank you.

Hey, I have the same problem. WHen I put the DM9000 do I need to record the
mac address correct? How can I do this?
