Cant able to find Windows Embedded CE6.0?

I newly brought friendlyARM9 mini2440, and want to develop the applications
usign WinCE, but i am not able to find the trial version any where in
microsoft website.Do any body have it?if so please send it to my mail
raviyellani@gmail.com.....

     And is Windows Embedded Compact 7 is suitable for Mini2440,i mean can
we develop applications using it?if possible any kindly can post the
tutorials for the same.
