bsp needed for wince 6.0 application development ?

I want to build custom application in windows ce 6.0 platform that using
Armboard mini210s with some additional device such as fingerprint/smartcard
USB device. from what i've learned, i've to create custom windows ce 6.0
OS, using platform builder. the question is, can i get the BSP (board
support package) of mini210s (because we need the BSP to create our own
custom windows ce 6.0 OS)??

It's either on the DVD you got with the board, or you can find it on
friendlyarm's FTP server (look under "Downloads" at the top of this page)
