Problem with Power management (tiny210v2)

Hello friends,
I have a problem with power management of the Wince.
The Wince is making the device "display.dll"  to stay " Power off D4", even
when fed in "AC POWER".
When I turn on the tiny210v2 ,the  Opengles2 works for about 4 minutes and
hangs and only back to work when tiny210v2 is restarted.
