Hi there, I was asked to investigate some audio issues. We have a friendlyarm image that boots and starts playing music. On the SDK baseboard we actually hear sound, but the SDK board uses mini jack plugs. We have another device where it's supposed to run on in the end - the only outputs here (if they are outputs... it says so on the enclosure but have no specs on the baseboard whatsoever) are RCA plugs (a white and a red one). If I plug these into the TV and switch to AV/3 on the TV there's no audio whatsoever. I see mplayer running just fine. Any ideas? Not sure where to start, alsa sees the regular MINI6410 soundcard, tried unmuting everything with alsamixer (there's an unusual amount of input/outputs - at least never seen that many on a regular PC - whilst that has much more actual connectors ;)). But it makes no difference. Kind regards
