Hi, I have a big problem. I had a mini6410 + WinCE, with files and programs in nandflash. When I turned on nandflash had been cleared, all files and programs had been reset to the initial settings when you install Windows CE. How is this possible? Is there a way to reset WinCE and erase all nandflash? Can it be a hardware failure? Never happened to me before with other devices.
problem, nandflash erased automatically
> [...] had been cleared, all files and programs had been reset > to the initial settings [...] What did you expect? A NAND can be erased. But then the device will be dead, because there is no software to boot anymore. "reset to the initial settings" is something completly different. Seems the NAND isn't erased in your case. Sorry, there is no answer for this confusing description (and I'm not a WinCE expert).
In Windows CE there is a partition called "nandflash" where you can place programs and files. These are maintained even you turn off and turn on the Mini6410, like IP, wallpaper and appearance. It has always been so. The problem is that once I turned it on and everything was gone. I don't know how it happened or why. Could it be possible a hardware failure?
