Hi all, Please tell me adress of Nor flash in mini2440? I use Jlink to load supervivi to Nor Flash in mini2440 ? The first, i loaded successfull at adress 0x30000000 but the second, it failed. i dont know why. Perhaps, i'm wrong at adrress Nor flash. Best regards,
Hi, address 0x30000000 is the the RAM. The .bin file is copied to the RAM first before writing to NOR. This is ok as configured. Why you have to flash the NOR? The mini2440 is delivered with supervivi in NOR and usually you do not have to flash it again. Be shure to set the boot switch to NOR before flashing. With JLink there are no special configurations needed for flashing the NOR. Regards, Titus
