Windows CE does not install correctly

Windows CE does not install correctly
I am currently working with a mini2440 board, had previously worked with
this tarjerta with capacity of 128 mb and had no objection to install the
Windows CE 6.0 operating system, now I have a mini2440 cards with capacity
of 256 mb, and the operating system not installed, then detailed the
process.
1. install the 128 supervivi
2. install the nboot, logo, nk.bin.

The system comes installed correctly and running during power windows CE6.0
system no problems but when I turn off the card and return it on the card
and not the operating system memory goes blank again.
I wonder if someone can help me in solving this problem.
