ram limt query

hello 

i am working on friendly-arm Linux based application and in that
application only one program is running and  that program is crating so
many processes and so many files are appending with data and one of that
process is PPP. and my friendly-arm Linux RAM size is 128MB and when this
128MB ram is filled then the process PPP is hanging so i want to set as
when ram memory exceeds 127MB then don't write data to files...
how it can be done can one give useful information...thank-you in advance

Why do you ask this question again and again? Seems you don't like the
