mini 6410,application program deleting automatically after rebot

1) i have deployed the vb.net(3.5 framework) application in program files,
after restarting the mini 6410 deployed files were deleted.

2) i have changed the root directory in startup,windows folders. same
problem.

3) after deployed the application in mini6410, i have copied those folders
and then replaced in sd card. I have restarted but that application is not
executing. it is showing error.

Note:If i deployed the application in mini 6410 means deployed application
is working well untill reboot.

i am waiting for some valuable response.
