I am using mini2440. I looked at the system property of win ce 6.0 and it is showing that the total amount of my memory is 24 MB. Another problem is when I want to add additional features to the images, building image ends with error. The error is flash overlap with sdram. I think that size of nand flash must be configured too. If anyone has any idea about problem ,I will be very happy for his/her reply.
