micro 2440 internet thru ttySAC0

Hi there,
I have GSM modem connected to ttySAC0 to micro 2440 and i would like to
connect to the board using gprs connectivity thru serial port could any one
guide?

ttySAC0 is used by the boot loader, kernel and system for remote console.
If you really want to use it you have to disable it. In this forum are
several threads for doing this. Search e.g. for 'console' or 'ttySAC0'.

Better is to use the FriendlyArm's TTL to RS232 converter for less than 10$
and connect it to CON2 or CON3 TTL output for ttySAC1 and ttySAC2.

Thank you i already changed debug port to ttySAC2 using supervivi console
and i am able to communicate with gsm modem using ttySAC0 Could you tell
how to start ppp configuration i am using qtopia i not able to fine any ppp
config files in etc folder
