XY2-100 protocol implementation in mini2440

Hi,

I am reading about XY2-100 protocol and wanted to use for laser marking
machine. Is it possible to develop the protocol using mini2440 board?


While searching for the hardware for protocol implementation I come to
mini2440, I explored the hardware for gpio,i2c. 

Let me know If possible?
