Windows 32 bit Google Android USB driver does match mini210S

Hallo,
the user manual describes how to install the google USB driver to connect
the adb to the mini210S with the Android OS 4.0.3.
If I select the google driver then the driver is not taken instead a
message is shown that the  MS standard driver is still the actual one.
Please assist / provide a working driver for windows 7 (windows XP). to
connect the Android debugger to the device.
