How to transfer data by using Ethernet between PC and Micro2440

Hi,Everyone.

sorry for my English is very poor.

I am beginner for embedded Linux and I want to transfer data(or file) using
by Ethernet LAN between my PC and micro2440.And using by TCP/IP protocol
BSDsocket.But I don't know how to make it.

Please tell me how to make it step by step or detail to make.
