Need Boot Args for android for friendlyARM

Hi, 
Need boot arguments for compiling android on FriendlyArm
(Tiny6410/Mini6410).

Could you please help with the above.

I tried with the below, 
Loading Android kernel and having Android Root filesystem in /nfsroot
directory.

when I try to run using bootm cmd, I got kernel panic. I set the below
bootargs,

bootargs=console=ttySAC0,115200 init=/linuxrc root=/dev/nfs rw
ip=192.168.2.67 nfsroot=192.168.2.111:/nfsroot.

could anyone please help with the correct bootargs settings.
