Which file defines what packages are required for a specific BSP and the
URLs for these packages?

Where is the file located?

I want to override the MD5 sum for a specific package.

I'd have a look in the rules files in the version on ptxdist you have
installed in /usr/local/lib on the host, for that particular package.
(wanted_package.make)
