English readme files

Are there english versions of the readme files on the software disks?  For
instance, the file ubuntu-210/Readme.txt.  Will I have a pretty good idea
how to setup the build environment with these instruction, building a
kernel is something different.  This is what the Readme.txt file looks
like:

4. Build kernel
a) 安装arm-linux-gcc-4.5.1-v6-vfp-20120301.tgz并设稓好环煶变量PATH
b) 溾压linux-2.6.35.7-20120629.tgz并滧入相訆的目聦
c) cp mini210_ubuntu_defconfig .config
   灻内核配置滬止了multimedia，如MFC,FIMC，主要是为了溭省内庢
d) make

So, does anyone know if there is an english version of this somewhere?
