How can I upload the compiled code to the tiny210?

I just compiled the source code and I would like to upload to the memory,
how can I do that unser Ubuntu 12.10?

Normally the 210, like the 6410, is loaded from an SD card using a script
(the friendlyarm.ini file in the DVD). 

Id you are just wanting to run some compiled code, put it on an SD and ./
it or SSH into the 210 and move the files to the directory you want.

I prefer setting up NFS over Ethernet so there is no wasted time moving
files around.
