How can I install drivers to WinCE6.0

I am working on mini6410, and wants to connect 15" touch monitor.

Touch screen monitor suppliers supplies Drivers (USB) for wince.

how can I install them to my device? Is is possible to install outside
drivers to WinCE6.0?
