mini210 , Tiny210 inquiry

I wanna buy mini210 or Tiny210 and wanna be sure about some info
1- Is any of them available now with 7" capacitive LCD ?
2- Is Android 4 with it ? and is it final release or demo ?
3- If Android 4 is available, is it's source and building process available
also ?

Just received Mini210 purchased on eBay and I got DVD (chinese) with
Android 4 image on it. No source code provided for it, only for 2.3
