Kernel 3.0 or higher

Andre Curvello
Anyone has succeded in compiling and installing the lastest version of the
Linux Kernel on the Mini6410 or Tiny6410?

yong
the manufacture only provide 2.6 version kernel. Probably the manufactor
added some settings to the kernel.
To port 3.0 higher version, we need to download it from linux official site
and modify the source code and compile them..

I'm also curious about this.. anyone?

I have ported kernel 3.1 to the Mini6410, but it is not feature complete
yet. Currently I'm porting the 3.4 kernel to this platform. Refer
http://www.friendlyarm.net/forum/topic/3015#13940 for further details.

Hi Juergen, all

Do you have your 3.4 kernel port for Mini6410 in a repository that I can
clone it?

Thanks.

Juergen Beisert
Not yet. Still working on it

Hi Juergen,

I have started porting 3.4 kernel to this platform using kernel 3.1 patches
from OSELAS BSP for Mini6410.

I hope it is not a problem.

The porting isn't ready yet and the kernel doesn't boot.

The github repository is http://github.com/xekarfwtos/mini6410-3.4
