3G Modem no APN listed

Hi all,

I have built my Android Mini210 with a fully configured apns-conf.xml that
I found on the internet which has all the correct APN for the country I am
in (Indonesia, Telkomsel) but it still won't work.

I am using a HUawaei E1550 which is one that has been tested and I have a
SIM fitted etc.

The modem is detected as the output below from the debug port.

When I check in the Wireless settings and then Mobile there is no APN list.
This the entries in the apns-conf for the network I am on.

These are correct.

Has anyone got GSM 3G to work with the Mini210?
