problem with chinese language in WinCE

I bought Mini2440 but the languege is chinies, how can i change it to
english?

for changing language from chinese to english. firstly second tab in top
bar then you'll find chinese and english flag. then you can click it then
you choose english or japanese language. I hope it works for you.

On WinCE you need an English WinCE image.

Yes, Andreas is correct. 
In order to have English version of WinCE, user need to port different bin
file/image file altogether.

I have done this.

The DVD or download WinCE6r3 directory has a sub-folder called "en". It
contains the English images. Use the NK.bin in that folder.

The best solution is to TheRegnirps 
in included dvds or files is an Images folder that wince-sdk is in this
folder
you can select your optional language to setup on you device
for instance to install english wince:
Copy "NK.bin" file from "en" folder to "WindowsCE6" folder

I am installing wince 6.0 in SBC x210ii board , i have 7 inch lcd ,i have
the following problems

Its touch is not working
its in chinese
