Tiny6410 Android screen rotation

Hello,
I've got a Tiny6410 development board running the Android 2.3.4 image. 
When it boots, it loads into landscape mode.  I read someplace that holding
the K2 key will rotate the screen into portrait.  That works fine, but is
there a way to set it so that it automatically boots into portrait mode? 
My final product will run without the development board, so there won't be
a K2 button to press.
