i'm trying to write & debug an application on a mini6410. the mini6410 is running android. my host system is a windows 7 box. the IDE i'm using is necessitas QT creator. i'm trying to connect to the mini6410 to do live debug. the problem is there doesn't seem to be a windows driver for the 6410. i tried downloading the one for the 2440, but it doesn't work. windows sees the 6410 and id's it correctly in the device manager. however, the USB id's for the mini6410 are different as reported by device manager as the ones in the .inf file for the USB driver. so, the driver won't install. i could change the id's in the 2440 driver .inf file to match those for the 6410, but that's kind of risky. does anyone know if there is a windows driver for the 6410? there's a utility available on this website called 'friendlyarm install' or some such, but it doesn't install correctly on my system. the text on the install dialogs are mostly written in chinese. it seems to install Ok, but then it's not there when the install is complete. not sure what this utility does in the first place. anyway, any insight would be appreciated.
