NOR flash programming error

hi all,
a have a micro 2440 and i want to program NOr flash via j-tag.

I use H-JTAG program and have an error about flash id.

i select SST39VF1601 and it is written at the right side of selection
ID=0x234B00BF.

when i click check button at programming interface it gives me an error:

"Error: Flash id does not match. Please make sure that right flash device
is selected."

and i see Flash: 0x22490001 ERROR.

any idea??
