procedure for compiling stable kernel of linux-3.1.5 for mini2440

Thanks for your time.
I have linux-2.6.32.2-mini2440_20110413.tgz and also its compiling details,
but there is lots of new options in configuration file of linux-3.1.5 that
I can not configure it in makemenuconfig. If some one has configured these 
options please share it.
