Only the Win CE6 Mimi2440 ARMVI4 Release builds?

Only the Win CE6 Mimi2440 ARMVI4 Release build works fine, I cannot get the
Debug to build. What am I doing wrong?

I get the following Build error:

Build\Advance Build Commands\Sysgen to create NK.bin file, then generate
NK.bin file to your mini.

helps me build a debug build that will enable me to single step though my
work?
