Hi there, I am facing funny behavior while trying to use the cron. I got (in my humble opinion) everything in place: in /usr/sbin crond is existent I have a crontab in /etc and I think I start crond in my init file But, nothing happens. I can start my script and it does what it should do. I can start the deamon in init.d with ./<scriptname> start When rebooting, nothing happens....any ideas or may be I should have a beer and think it over?! Or is there a howto regarding the mini 2440 and cron? All the best, Linus
Cronjob, Crontab, Crond
There we go. It works. As I stated yesterday...reading does somehow help. Still, the busybox cron seems not to be working as it should be. Anyway, new version, some more PATH info et voila. Up and running :o) Have a nice one! Linus
